Rick’s provides only Pork BBQ for wholesale.

We are one of the only large wholesalers of pork BBQ that actually sees its customers. Most wholesalers on the market or in the groceries never see an end user. At our restaurants we get to serve our customers dinner, and it has to be right every time. This same product is what we package to market to our wholesale accounts, so they can be assured of getting a quality and consistent product every time.

We process on the average of 12000 -15000 pounds of raw pork weekly and continues to increase as we prosper.

We hickory smoke all of our pork and beef products and whole sugar cured hams for over 24 hours and then hand pull them in our USDA plant. We also hickory smoke our chicken breasts and ribs .as well.

Our products are fresh and never frozen and our 1# vacuum sealed pork retail packs and our 5# vacuum sealed deli packs have a refrigerated shelf life of 12 weeks guaranteed if unopened.

We have over 120 employees currently, both states combined.
